Terms of service
Last updated 4 October 2026
By using DocuCraft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
DocuCraft lets you fill in document templates, preview them and, after payment, download a PDF. Editing and previewing are free. Downloading the PDF of a document requires a one-time payment for that document, shown before you pay.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You own the content you enter. You give us permission to store it and process it to provide the service (for example, to generate your PDF and to show a share link you create). You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not use DocuCraft to create misleading or fraudulent documents.
Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and are charged through Razorpay. One payment unlocks PDF downloads of that one document, including downloads after you edit it. Creating a new or duplicated document requires a new payment. See the refund policy.
Templates and output
Templates are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a document will be accepted by any employer, institution or family, or that it will pass any particular applicant tracking system. PDF output currently supports English and other Latin-script text.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
Availability and liability
We work to keep DocuCraft available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
